Job summary
MedStar Health Urgent Care is seeking Weekendist providers (Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner) to join MHUC in the South Region, with California locations. Weekendists work Friday through Sunday and may add hours on other days as needed to meet department requirements.
The role includes 6–12 weekend shifts per month, with potential on-call duties. Scheduling is handled proactively, based on monthly availability and requested weekend days off.
Qualifications
- Clinician with ability to commit to weekend shifts (Fri–Sun).
- Willing to work 6–12 weekend shifts per month.
- On-call shifts may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care during weekend shifts.

- Participate in on-call shifts as needed.
