Job summary

Chestnut Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation seeks a Unit Clerk to support the nursing station with clerical tasks and record keeping under supervision. The role involves independent processing of forms and vital statistics while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Clerical experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Ability to process forms and record vital statistics accurately.
• Familiarity with Outlook and electronic medical records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and efficiency of the nursing station.
• Provide clerical support and record keeping for resident care.
• Process and record forms, records and vital statistics.
• Work with Unit Manager and Nursing Supervisor and meet facility needs.
