Marksman Security LLC is hiring for Unarmed Licensed Security Officers on weekends at a food distribution warehouse near Antioch, approximately 12 miles SE of Nashville. The role involves patrolling, checkpoints, temperature checks, CCTV monitoring, and gatehouse duties.

The schedule is Fri-Sat 11pm-7am and Sun-Mon 3pm-11pm with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. A valid TN Security License and TN Driver’s License are required, along with reliable transportation and pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Valid TN Driver’s License required.
• Valid TN Security License required.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Position requires occasional crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed.
• Other duties to be determined by operations.
