Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background check and drug screen required; licensing may be required by state/local laws

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies; follow safety procedures and emergency response protocols
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations; communication and problem solving are essential
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the client site and perimeter; responsibilities vary by site
