Job summary

CPI Security Solutions is seeking unarmed security professionals for part-time roles in Seattle and Tukwila. Shifts include 5am-10am on weekends in Seattle and 5pm-9pm a few days in Tukwila. You will patrol and protect people and property according to policy.

Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred but not required. Must be 18+, English proficient, and able to use tablets and smartphones on the job.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment in handling a variety of situations.
• Must be able to use a tablet and smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Warn or expel violators of rule infractions.
• Log all activities and complete daily activity reports on provided tablet.
• Monitor and assist in enforcement of property policies and laws.
• Prepare incident reports for property damage or unusual occurrences.
• Assist local law enforcement as requested.
• Maintain a visible and accessible presence to deter problems and answer questions.
• Perform customer service continuously.
