Job summary

OPS Security Group is seeking an Unarmed Security Flex Officer for part-time work in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves floater/reliever duties across multiple OPS sites, with shifts primarily on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, guaranteeing 24 hours per week.

The position includes front desk/physical security duties as needed and a competitive benefits package. The candidate should have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and pass a drug screen and background checks.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in security recommended.
• Must be able to pass drug screen.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high end customer service.
• Responding to emergencies.
• Deterring and preventing crime.
• Performing access control procedures.
• Investigating incidents.
• Completing daily logs and incident reports.
• Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols.
• Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers.
• De-escalating conflicts.
• Monitoring CCTV cameras.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
