Job summary

NASCAR Racing Experience is seeking Event Staff to join the Charlotte Motor Speedway team in Concord, NC. The seasonal role focuses on trackside guest support, helmet assistance, photo duties, and keeping the experience safe and memorable for participants.

Applicants should be 18+, enjoy outdoor work, have a positive attitude, and be available on weekends. Training is provided and no previous experience is required; travel per diem may be provided for travel teams.
