Job summary

HP and 2020 Companies are partnering to hire a part-time HP Customer Sales Representative in Prescott, AZ. You will demonstrate HP products in a local big-box retailer, build rapport with customers, and support store management. The role emphasizes engagement, product demos, and driving brand buzz.

You will receive paid training online, a flexible schedule (Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays), and a $25 monthly technology reimbursement. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at a big box retail store.
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff within assigned store.
