Job summary

Soccer Shots North and Northwest Las Vegas is seeking weekend coaches to deliver curriculum-driven soccer sessions for children aged 2–8. You will be part of a caring team that emphasizes character development and a positive, safe environment.

This part‑time role requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays, with 5–10 classes per weekend. Sessions run 35–45 minutes and compensation ranges from $15 to $22 per hour, with the potential for advancement.

Hiring Weekend Coaches

MUST BE AVAILABLE from 8:15am-12:00pm Saturday and Sunday.

Hiring both Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We’re passionate about what we do and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same!

Compensation

Our outstanding coaches start at $15 -$22 per hour, with an opportunity to increase. Coaching sessions last from 35 to 45 minutes in length. Weekend coaches will be responsible for 5-8 sessions per weekend.

Soccer Shots coaches are:

Preparation:

• Attends coaches meetings.
• Reviews online curriculum (prepared for you ahead of time).
• Maintains equipment in proper condition and arrives 10-15 minutes early to set-up the field for the first session.

Coaching:

• Ensures the safety and well-being of every child.
• Follows proper on-site protocol for each location, as prepared and provided by Soccer Shots supervisor.
• Conducts fun and positive 35- to 45-minute sessions, following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum.

Communication/Administration:

• Communicates in a timely fashion with supervisor about any changes, challenges, or important information.
• Completes online attendance sheet for each session.
• Submits time sheet per payroll policy.
• Returns equipment and leftover supplies to supervisor upon completion of each season.
• Communicates with parents.
• Attend meetings with Director and/or Operations Specialist.

Role/Classification

The job description above is a part-time position requiring 5-10 classes per weekend. Soccer Shots programs are offered during select weeks of the year and times of day, so the schedule will vary slightly throughout the year and will require Saturday and Sunday availability during the seasons. All employment is at-will.

In addition to the above, a successful candidate must complete a background check. For candidates without these on file, Soccer Shots will help facilitate these clearances.

Compensation: $15.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience.
