Job summary

Arkansas Children's is seeking a part-time Supply Chain Clerk for the Day Shift. The role involves stocking, restocking, and delivering supplies across the organization, including supply carts and nursing stations.

The candidate will fill orders for clinics and walk-in customers and ensure proper documentation and timely deliveries. No education is required, though a high school diploma or GED is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the Supply Cart/Warehouse inventory and replenishes items to their par level. Organizes signature logs and receiving documentation related to all deliveries and/or returns.
• Ensures stocks are received, stored and or rotated properly and out of dates are removed per best practices.
• Corrects any discrepancies between station quantity and physical quantity.
• Assist in filling orders for clinics and walk-in customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Handles receiving and return process to ensure proper documentation and timely deliveries or returns.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
