Job summary

Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock is seeking a part-time Supply Assistant for weekend day shifts. You will restock, pack, and deliver supplies to clinics and nursing stations, while maintaining stock levels and accurate receiving logs.

No formal education is required; however, a high school diploma or GED is recommended and prior experience is not necessary. This role is part of CC097030 Supply Chain and offers an opportunity to grow within pediatric care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains the Supply Cart/Warehouse inventory and replenishes items to their par level.
• Organizes signature logs and receiving documentation related to all deliveries and/or returns.
• Ensures stocks are received, stored and or rotated properly and out of dates are removed per best practices.
• Corrects any discrepancies between station quantity and physical quantity.
• Assist in filling orders for clinics and walk-in customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Handles receiving and return process to ensure proper documentation and timely deliveries or returns.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
