Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in North Dallas is seeking a Service Supervisor for a 286-unit apartment community. You will oversee maintenance operations on the property, lead a maintenance team, and ensure timely repairs and preventive tasks while adhering to budget guidelines.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of on-site property maintenance experience; CAMT certification is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is helpful.

Rate: $34.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

  • Monthly renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*** We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our 286-unit apartment community in North Dallas! As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintenance operations on the property. Our ideal candidate has the necessary skills to complete maintenance and repairs for vacant and occupied units while working within the planned maintenance budget. Resident satisfaction is the key to our success, so our new Service Supervisor will be committed to handling maintenance requests timely and professionally. If you have successful experience in apartment maintenance with demonstrated skills in leadership, maintenance, and customer service, this is a great opportunity! At least three years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
  • Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Accountability for all maintenance operations on the property while working within the planned maintenance budget.
  • Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues for vacant and occupied units.
  • Maintaining all service and safety records in compliance with federal, state, and local law.
  • Performs any additional duties assigned by Community Manager or Regional Director.
