Qualifications

  • Must be a Licensed RN in the State of Colorado with current BLS certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of regulations and state survey results is required.

Schedule for this position is 6a-6p Saturday and Sunday with the option to work additional shifts. On call rotation required.

What you’ll be doing:
In partnership with residents and the Interdisciplinary team, you will lead, coordinate, and deliver person-centered care based on current assessment and evaluation of resident status. In addition, you will:
  • Be the point of contact for all clinical employees during the weekend.
  • Lead your team: drive the performance management process while serving as a coach and mentor.
  • Inspire your team: motivate your team to deliver the best care to our residents.
Who we are looking for:
  • You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team. 1 year of previous leadership experience and the ability to demonstrate stellar management skills.
  • Working knowledge of person-centered care principles and practices will make you stand out. An excellent track record of state survey results and knowledge of regulations is required.
  • You will also be a graduate from an accredited college of Nursing and be a Licensed RN in the State of Colorado with a current BLS certification.

Pay Range: $42-$50/hr.*

*Pay will reflect the selected candidate's experience, skills, and education.
