The role requires an active Florida RN license and prior supervisory experience; you will lead on-shift staff, ensure care standards, and collaborate with leadership to maintain a collaborative, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida is required.
• One year or more of supervisory experience preferred.
