In this role as Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing team to provide patient care. Key to your role is serving as a resource and point person for communication, education, and clarification of policies, procedures, and standards relating to nursing practice and care.
You will earn:
- Starting wage $36.00 - $39.00 per hour starting wages
- Yearly Wage Increases

- Starting wage $36.00 - $39.00 per hour starting wages
- PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
- Yearly Wage Increases
We can work with your scheduling needs:How you will help people every day:- You will supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
- You will conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
- You will instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues
- You will ensure the completion of requested reports, i.e., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.
- You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License; current CPR-BLS certification.
- 3+ years of experience in a long-term care facility
- Clinical knowledge of long-term care nursing, with ability to anticipate, recognize, and respond to resident needs in a long-term care and rehabilitation environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
- You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done.
