As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the care of our residents on weekends, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the care of residents on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality, individualized care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide direct nursing care to residents, as needed
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address resident concerns and provide emotional support

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
