Job summary

Community Horizons is seeking a dependable caregiver to provide essential daily support in a home setting in Plover, WI. This part-time, weekend-focused role supports safety, dignity, and independence through a one-on-one relationship with the client.

You will assist with daily living tasks, mobility, and routines, including transfers with a Hoyer lift, personal care, and companionship. Training is provided, and weekend hours are available at $20 per hour.

Job Requirements

I am seeking a dependable, respectful caregiver to join my team and to provide essential daily support that promotes my safety, dignity, and independence. This is a meaningful one-on-one role supporting me in my home in Plover, WI. I\'m a friendly guy that likes to joke around. My wife is my secondary caregiver and we like to build strong relationships with everyone on my team.

About the Role

You will assist me with daily living tasks, mobility, and health-related routines.

Support includes:

• Transfers and mobility assistance helping me safely in and out of bed using a Hoyer lift
• Compression socks applying and removing them as part of my daily care
• Personal care bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Wheelchair support understanding that I control my power wheelchair with a straw device
• Positioning and comfort ensuring safe, comfortable body alignment
• Companionship conversation, presence, and respectful engagement

Part Time Schedule

Includes: Split shift weekends: Fri 7-8pm, Sat and Sun 8-9:30am and 7-8pm. Additional weekday hours may be available.

Pay $20/hr.
