Job summary

ID Logistics US in Detroit is seeking a Sitdown Forklift Operator for a weekend shift (5:00 AM-5:30 PM, Sat-Mon) to move products in the distribution center. You will operate forklifts that may be gasoline, LP gas, or electric and perform loading, stacking, and staging tasks while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related experience, plus the ability to obtain required equipment certifications and to follow OSHA safety

Qualifications

• HD or GED required with 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (OSHA, etc.).
• Must wear PPE as required by safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or other forklifts to move product in DC.
• Load, unload, stock, stage products; maintain neat, clean equipment.
• Inspect equipment daily and follow OSHA safety standards.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance as needed.
• Document inventory and assist with physical inventories.
