Job summary

Directed seeks an independent contractor to install and pick up temporary weekend signs in the Windermere, FL area, specifically Palms at Windermere. Work windows run Friday 5:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM for installation and Sunday 6:00 PM to Monday 8:00 AM for pickup. Signs are lightweight and mounted on wooden stakes.

Contractors supply their own vehicle, phone, and fuel; no benefits or employment guarantees are offered. Pay starts at $82.50 per weekend with bonuses and biweekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
18+ years old.
Reliable vehicle with space to transport 30+ signs.
Ability to lift and place signs outdoors.
Ability to hammer stakes 6–8 inches into the ground during the first weekend only.
Dependable and able to complete routes within the required time windows each weekend.

Responsibilities

Use Directed's mobile application to report installation and pickup of signs at specific locations.
Install signs every weekend between Friday 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM.
Pickup the same signs between Sunday 6 PM and Monday 8 AM.
Store signs and extra stakes safely during the week.
Submit a weekly invoice and order replacement inventory after completing pickup using our website.
