Job summary

Kenco Group in the United States is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare outbound orders, and receive deliveries at the dock using warehouse systems.

You will label, pack, load, stage shipments, and inspect for damage, documenting discrepancies while maintaining accurate inventory records. A reliable, detail‑oriented multitasker will thrive in this safety‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum six months in a warehouse or distribution environment required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel required.
• Attention to detail and quality required.
• Ability to multitask in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipments and receipts against records and documents.
• Label, pack, and load items for shipment per specifications.
• Stage shipments for shipping and receive deliveries to the dock.
• Unloads delivery vehicles and moves items to appropriate area.
• Inspect for damage and document discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory using warehouse management and inventory systems.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts.
