Essential Functions:

1. Personal Hygiene
2. Ambulation/Transfers
3. Dressing/Shaving
4. Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
5. Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
6. Performs light housekeeping activities
7. Providing hospice supportive care
8. Medication reminders
9. Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
10. Care of bed-bound patients
11. Incontinence care
12. Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
