Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) is seeking a Production Technician to support welding, fabrication, machine operation, and material handling across multiple processes for its new Weekend Shift operation. This full-time role reports to the Production Supervisor and emphasizes safety, quality, and operational flexibility.

Weekend Shift Hours: Friday - Sunday, 6:00am – 6:00pm. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of manufacturing experience and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Proficiency in welding, machine operation, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding activities to required quality and productivity standards.
• Set up and operate equipment including lasers, presses, and fabrication machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, routings, and schedules.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment for moving materials.
• Support material flow through loading, unloading, staging, and movement between centers.
• Complete in-process quality checks and document results.
