Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a Weekend Shift Tire Unloader Associate to unload tires, assist inbound receiving, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations on Friday–Sunday 5am–5:30pm. This hands-on role suits dependable individuals who value teamwork and physical work.

You'll unload tires with a pallet jack, follow safety procedures, keep records up to date, and collaborate with your team to meet schedules.

Weekend Shift Tire Unloader Associate

Work Schedule: Friday- Sunday 5am-5:30pm

Work type: Unloading Freight (Tires)

Join our warehouse team as a Weekend Shift Tire Unloader Associate – Tire Unloading and help keep our daily operations running efficiently. This fast-paced, hands-on position is ideal for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team-oriented environment.

In this role, you’ll safely unload tires, support smooth receiving operations, and use unloading manifests to ensure shipments are received accurately and efficiently. You’ll also help ensure products are handled and moved promptly while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position offers valuable hands-on experience and opportunities to develop your warehouse skills while operating equipment.

Unloading

Place the base of each stack toward the center of the rack and maintain one SKU per rack. Ensure each stack is stable and properly supported, using a cardboard slip sheet between layers. Align all labels neatly and keep each stack straight and evenly positioned along an imaginary vertical line.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload tires using a manual pallet jack while following all applicable safety procedures and guidelines.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and established warehouse procedures always.
• Help maintain clean, organized work areas while ensuring warehouse management system records remain accurate and up to date.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete loading and unloading tasks efficiently and on schedule, with safety as the top priority.

Pay Structure

Earn production-based pay for every trailer you unload, with no set limit on the number of trailers you can complete during your shift. Associates typically unload 3–4 trailers per shift, with compensation for each trailer determined by the weight of its load. Average daily earnings range from $150–$250+, based on individual productivity, work pace, and the total amount of work completed.

• Training: After successfully completing your training, you become eligible for production-based pay.
• Per-Trailer Pay: Associates are paid for each trailer they unload. The rate ranges from $40–$115 per trailer, depending on the total weight of the trailer’s load.
• Daily Earnings: Associates typically unload 3–4 trailers per shift. Average earnings can range from $150–$250+ per day, depending on the number and weight of trailers unloaded, as well as individual productivity.

Weekly Earning Potential: Based on production, associates may earn up to $1,000 per week.
