Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, seeks a Weekend shift Team Leader (Elements) to build assemblies and lead co-workers in the Pall Aerospace Elements Value Stream. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and is onsite in New Port Richey, FL, with a Friday-Saturday-Sunday 6:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule and overtime.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with five years of manufacturing experience, ability to work with solvents and chemicals, basic shop math, MS Office, and SAP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with five years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work with solvents, oils, and other chemicals.
• Basic shop math and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to read inventory and material planning screens.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment to produce components per blueprints and work instructions.
• Prepare the work area, train co-workers, delegate tasks, troubleshoot issues.
• Perform Kamishibai daily and communicate issues to management; basic maintenance.
