Job summary

Pall Corporation, part of the Danaher family, is seeking a Weekend shift Team Leader (Elements) to build assemblies and subassemblies and lead co-workers on the Pall Aerospace Elements Value Stream. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and is onsite in New Port Richey, FL with a weekend schedule from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM; overtime is routine.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, training, delegation, troubleshooting, and daily quality and production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; five years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work with solvents, oils and other chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate equipment to produce components per blueprints and instructions.
• Set-up the work area daily for success and train co-workers in processes.
• Delegate tasks to associates and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Respond to inquiries from peers, managers, or regulatory agencies.
• Perform Kamishibai daily and communicate issues to management.
