What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with physicians and the nursing team to devise and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging.
• Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits, fostering a supportive and compassionate environment.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in our state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire.
• Specialty certification may be required after hire.
