Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Weekend Shift Production Supervisor in Ramsey, MN. You will lead Fabrication, Weld & Grind operations, partner with other shift supervisors, and drive safe, efficient production while ensuring top quality.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing people, meeting production goals, and solving problems to keep the line running smoothly. We value welding/grinding experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coach teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• 2-5 years of welding and/or grinding experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, drawings, and work orders.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to prioritize work, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fabrication, Weld & Grind operations and coordinate with other shifts to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Develop teammates and build high-performing teams through coaching and training.
• Protect product quality by enforcing standardized work and conducting process verification.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste by optimizing production methods.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $62,300 - $86,000 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Ramsey, MN and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s Production Bonus Plan, which offers the potential to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics.
