IFAB Corporation is seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to join our Weekend Shift manufacturing team in Gastonia, NC. You may be assigned to Laser Doffer, Laser Operator, Clinch Nut Operator, Press Brake Helper, Hand Stamping Operator, or related roles, with position-specific training provided.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity as you work with production supervisors to meet daily targets on a fast-paced metal fabrication line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently according to established work instructions.
• Operate or assist in the operation of production equipment based on assigned department.
• Load, unload, inspect, and handle metal components throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain production quality standards while meeting daily production goals.
