Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Weekend Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the Management Team in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards. As a Weekend Shift Manager / Hourly Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding the team, seeking help when needed, and ensuring all duties are completed. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members while working alongside them
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting, and trash disposal
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop for 80% of shift
