Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to determine daily job functions.
• Step into roles across departments as needed (annealing, shipping, machine operation).
• Set up and operate wire drawing machines.
• Change out carriers safely.
• Meet production rates and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Keep machines supplied with carriers; perform plant housekeeping.
• Fill propane; operate and inspect sweeper; dispose of garbage.
• Practice safety techniques; perform other duties as assigned.
