Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current, valid state LPN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on your unit daily to monitor status and report changes.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures if needed.
• Provide holistic care within the LPN scope and supervise nursing assistants.
• Monitor medications and supplies to ensure adequate inventory.
• Perform administrative duties such as forms, reports, and charting.
• Report occupational exposures per facility policy.
