Job summary

JS Fort Group, Inc in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to cover weekend closing shifts. You will help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager and play a major role in keeping the store in exceptional order while ensuring staff perform duties efficiently.

As a Shift Lead, bring enthusiasm and positive attitude, follow all systems and procedures with integrity, and participate in an inshop tipping pool included in biweekly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.

Responsibilities
