Advanced Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Weekend Shift Lead Technician to oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and lead a team on weekend shifts.

You will ensure high reliability of conveyors, pumps, and related equipment while collaborating with planners and site leadership. The role requires a technical associate or equivalent experience, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and the ability to work on a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical/associate degree or 5+ years in maintenance preferred.
• Experience with predictive technologies and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance per procedures and safety standards.
• Identify and source parts and repair items as needed.
• Lead and participate in CI activities for cost savings.
• Train and mentor lower level technicians as required.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex control systems and equipment.
