Home2 Suites Anderson SC is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative for the Friday through Sunday 2nd shift. This part-time role focuses on courteous guest service, check-in/out, and promoting hotel amenities.

You will greet guests, handle requests, assist with reservations, and maintain accurate records using the property management system. The position requires strong attendance, professionalism, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service at a branded hotel preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must display professionalism and have honesty and trustworthiness
• Must have excellent attendance and be punctual
• Must be able to stand for eight hours and perform major life activities
• Work schedule varies and may include holidays, weekends, and evenings
• Must be able to push/pull 60 pounds and lift/carry 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel
• Promote repeat business by offering future reservations and recommendations
• Record guest interactions and report needs to appropriate staff
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and dining area
• Utilize PMS for guest charges, payments and balance checks
• Ensure accuracy of cash handling and daily financials
