The position requires 1+ years in manufacturing preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome. Starting wage is $21/hour with a potential raise after Level 1 qualifications within 3 ½–6 months, plus a 90-day probationary period.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to rotate in different positions throughout the plant and work any shift.
• Preemployment contingencies: drug test, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Set up presses and assist with die changes.
• Move product in and out of furnaces and perform basic machining inspections.
• Operate equipment and use hand tools, grinding and coating parts as required.
