ID Technology LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Die-Cutter Operator for the weekend shift to produce quality flexographic label products. You will set up and operate the finishing die cutter, work with a team, and take pride in accurate results.

This hands-on role rewards attention to detail and reliability in a manufacturing environment, with Friday–Sunday shifts from 4:30 am to 5:00 pm and opportunities for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality results.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate small finishing machinery safely and accurately.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Finishing Die Cutter.
• Perform rewind/inspection on products and verify against specs.
• Inspect finished products per provided criteria and packaging standards.
• Package finished products according to specifications.
• Assist in equipment set-up for finishing processes.
• Monitor the daily ship list and communicate progress to Production Manager.
• Develop competency with tools, resources, and processes used daily.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and safe work environment.
• Abide by safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and Operate the Finishing Die Cutter
• Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as rewound off presses
• Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
• Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
• Assist in the set-up of finishing equipment
• Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems
• Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in the daily work
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday, 4:30 am -5:00 pm
