Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a Weekend Shift Associate to unload tires in our warehouse. This fast-paced role focuses on safety, accuracy, and teamwork while handling tires and operating a pallet jack.

You’ll work Friday–Sunday from 5am to 5:30pm, earn production pay per trailer, and join a team committed to reliability and efficiency. Benefits include 401k, PTO, and health coverage.

Weekend Shift Associate (Tire Unloading)

Schedule: Friday- Sunday 5am-5:30pm

Join our warehouse team as a Weekend Shift Associate – Tire Unloading and play an essential role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. This active, fast‑paced position is a great fit for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and working as part of a team.

Your responsibilities will include safely unloading tires, supporting efficient receiving operations, ensuring accurate unloading using unloading manifest, and ensuring products are handled and moved in a timely manner. This role also provides valuable hands‑on experience and the opportunity to develop your skills while operating warehouse equipment.

Unloading:

Position the bottom of each stack toward the center of the rack and store only one SKU on each rack. Make sure every stack is secure and properly supported, with a cardboard slip sheet placed between the layers. Keep all labels aligned and ensure the stack remains straight, following an imaginary vertical guideline.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the safe unloading of tires using a manual pallet jack in accordance with all required safety practices.


• Follow OSHA requirements, workplace safety policies, and established procedures during all warehouse activities.


• Support warehouse operations by maintaining neat, organized areas and keeping warehouse management system information accurate and current.


• Coordinate with coworkers to complete loading and unloading assignments efficiently and within scheduled timeframes, while making safety a top priority.

Pay Structure:

Earn production pay for every trailer you unload, with no limit on the number of trailers you can complete during your shift. Associates typically unload 3–4 trailers per shift, with production pay for each trailer based on the weight of its load. Average daily earnings range from $150–$250+, depending on your productivity, pace, and the amount of work completed.

• After successfully completing your first week of training, you can earn up to $200 per day or $1,000 per week.


• Trailer compensation ranges from $40 to $115 per truck, with the payout for each truck determined by the total weight of its load.
