Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Building Services including HVAC with chilled water.
• A Fireman's license is required.
• Universal refrigeration license and Wastewater Treatment Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate facility HVAC and environmental systems.
• Work on process systems, cogeneration and fire protection systems.
