Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Server to provide friendly dining service on weekends in California communities. You will take orders, serve residents and visitors, and keep dining areas organized to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires 16+ years of age, a work permit, and ability to pass background checks and health screenings. We offer benefits, meal privileges, and company support in a respectful team environment.

Formación

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.

Responsabilidades

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient manner.
• Take residents' and guests’ food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Maintain proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff.
