AdviniaCare Northbridge is seeking a detailed-oriented Housekeeper for weekend shifts in Northbridge, MA. You will maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms, perform routine cleaning tasks, and follow safety procedures to protect residents and staff.

Formación

• Minimum of one year housekeeping experience in a nursing home or medical facility preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families and staff.
• Willingness to work with others and adapt to new housekeeping practices.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure residents' rooms are neat, clean, and free from odor.
• Wet mop floors daily.
• Shampoo and extract carpets per schedule.
• Attend to spills immediately.
• Empty trash liners and clean containers.
• Clean beds and rails with disinfectant.
• Clean counters, windowsills, furniture and items.
• Strip, seal, and refinish floors as schedule dictates.
• Clean floor edges and corners to prevent build-up.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Demonstrate correct safety techniques and communicate effectively.
• Maintain privacy and protect residents' health information.
• Support a harmonious, collaborative work environment.
