AdviniaCare Northbridge is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. You will keep resident rooms, hallways, and common areas spotless while upholding privacy and dignity.

The role requires reliability, adherence to schedules, and teamwork with the care staff. Prior housekeeping in a nursing environment is a plus, and training will be provided.

Competenze

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures.

Mansioni

• Ensure residents' rooms are neat, clean, and free from odor
• Wet mop floors daily
• Shampoo and extract carpets as per schedule
• Attend to spills immediately
• Empty trash liners and clean containers
• Clean bed and rails with disinfectant
• Clean all countertops, windowsills, bedside tables, furniture, and over-the-bed items
• Strip, seal, and refinish floors as per schedule
• Clean floor edges and corners to prevent build-up
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Clean personal items, pictures, decorations, flowers, etc.
• Demonstrate correct safety techniques
• Contribute to effective communication and pleasant working conditions
• Comply with privacy practices and protect residents' health information
• Other duties assigned by the managerial team
