Marksman Security LLC is hiring a Weekend Security Supervisor for a high-volume distribution and warehouse facility in Texas. The role leads Saturday and Sunday shifts while serving as Security Officer during the week, overseeing access control, security checks, and dock activity.

The position requires a Texas Non-Commissioned Security License and strong customer service skills. The pay is $17.50 per hour for Officer days and $20.00 per hour for Supervisor days, with full-time hours and a Monday

Weekend Security Supervisor

$17.50 per hour | $20.00 per hour on Supervisor days

1st Shift

Wednesday thru Sunday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Texas Non-Commissioned Security License is Required

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security AND customer service fields.

Join our team at a high-volume distribution and warehouse facility as a Weekend Security Supervisor, where you’ll lead the shift on Saturdays and Sundays and serve as a Security Officer during the week. You will be responsible for guiding officers on post, overseeing access control, security checks, and dock activity, and making sure every post is covered and every procedure is followed.

The site is a secure, high-volume facility and will require the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail, reliability, and high-quality candidates with excellent work ethics.

About This Schedule

• Shift: 1st Shift
• Work Days: Wed-Sun
• Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Days Off: Mon, Tue
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Starting Pay: $17.50 / hour (Officer days)
• $20.00 / hour (Supervisor days)
• Post Assignment: Shift Supervisor on Sat & Sun ($20.00/hr)
• Security Officer Wed-Fri ($17.50/hr)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Access Control: Perform access control and security checks according to site procedures.
• Dock Operations: Monitor shipping areas, open and close dock doors, log inbound and outbound trucks, and help prevent theft during loading and peak-season projects.
• Receiving Support: Assist with inbound truck processing, keep accurate logs, send and receive emails, and monitor open dock doors.
• Security Checks: Conduct security checks according to site procedures and report any concerns to your supervisor.
• Rover: Patrol assigned areas on foot to deter theft, and observe and report suspicious activity.
• Site Monitoring: Use site computer systems to monitor activity and keep accurate records according to site procedures.

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas required!
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Able to commit to the posted schedule: Wed-Sun, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
