Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Shift Supervisor - Part Time to supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and required reports filed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+, knowledge of security operations, basic computer skills, and strong customer service and interpersonal abilities. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Schedule: Sat–Sun 0700–1500; Pay: $23.31/hour; Benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of security operations with emphasis on patrol, inspection, and response services.
• Intermediate computer/technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers and Lead Officers on client posts.
• Ensures post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Prepares and submits required reports; coordinates with management.
• Inspects posts and delegates tasks to subordinates.
• Performs supervisory duties including interviewing, training, coaching, and evaluating staff; may involve hiring decisions.
