Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Screener for weekends in Pooler, GA. You will screen packages, verify credentials, and assist with access control to ensure a secure logistics environment. The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Prior security or screening experience is preferred; CPR certification and X-ray screening experience are a plus. Must be at least 18, with background checks and drug screening as required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and vehicles entering or leaving the location per procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and documentation, report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of loading areas, docks, parking areas, and perimeters.
