Qualifications

• 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and guests while following policies.
• Respond to concerns and incidents calmly while documenting observations.
• Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols in residential areas.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per procedures.
• Prepare detailed activity reports and communicate concerns.
