Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous security, military, manufacturing, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Basic computer and report-writing skills.
• Must pass background screening and any required drug testing.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility access points and verify employee, contractor, and visitor credentials.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the manufacturing site.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security concerns.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation accurately and professionally.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and client requests.
• Enforce client site policies and security procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.
• Maintain communication with site management and Securitas leadership throughout the shift.
• Assist with emergency response procedures, including evacuations and medical incidents when necessary.
