Walden Security is seeking a part-time Security Officer for weekend shifts (6a-2p) in Bardstown, KY. The role focuses on keeping employees, visitors, and property safe through vigilant patrols and incident response.

Responsibilities include monitoring security systems, deterring unauthorized access, and immediate reporting of incidents. Prior security experience is welcome, training provided, and a license is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 25.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Licensing: Security Officer License where applicable; CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Training provided; prior security experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Protect client property against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.
• Monitor and patrol premises to deter unauthorized access.
• Operate security systems and document incidents.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
