St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for the Harrisburg Regional Office in Bethel, PA.

This weekend, part-time role runs Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, with a pay rate of $16.32 per hour. The position emphasizes patrols, customer service, and vigilant observation to maintain a safe environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, presentable, and capable of handling emergencies calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service preferred but not required.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to stay calm under pressure.
• Physically able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor entrances, exits, parking lots, and restricted areas.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior and safety violations.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per site procedures.
• Assist employees, guests, and visitors as needed.
• Prepare detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Communicate with supervisors, clients, and law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on duty.
• Follow post orders and company policies with integrity.
• Remain alert during all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking alert, reliable, and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, residents, and visitors. This position involves patrolling assigned areas, monitoring activity, deterring criminal or unsafe behavior, and providing exceptional customer service.

Security Officers are expected to be observant, approachable, and able to respond to situations calmly and effectively. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, situational awareness, and a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
