Role Description

The Weekend Security Officer role is a part-time, on-site position based in Central, TX. The officer will monitor premises, perform scheduled patrols, and observe and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns. Daily tasks include controlling access to buildings, checking identification or credentials as required, and ensuring doors, gates, and critical areas are secure. The officer will respond to incidents, support emergency procedures, complete clear incident and shift reports, and communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and other team members. This role requires maintaining a professional presence, following established post orders, and upholding 360 Security Group’s standards for safety and customer service.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical security duties for extended periods, and work weekends and varied shifts as needed.
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid state security license or ability to obtain one, and acceptable background check and driving record (if patrol duties are assigned).
