Job Overview

Security Officer: Monitor and patrol assigned client site to maintain a safe environment. Begin immediately.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide security presence; verify access clearance for motorists, guests, contract workers, and delivery services.
• Patrol designated areas according to assigned schedule; observe and report activity while on duty.
• Control visitor and guest access at business locations; create access badges, conduct hourly interior patrols, and monitor CCTV systems.
• Prepare and send hourly and/or daily legible security reports using assigned smart phones and tablets.
• Operate company vehicles if required (valid, active driver’s license).

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Successfully pass a criminal background screening & drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable method of communication and transportation.
• Professional in social settings and able to handle difficult situations.
• Ability to utilize Android phones and data entry software (printer/scanner/copier/fax).

Additional Information

Schedules vary from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift on weekdays, weekends, and/or a combination of both. Hours vary from 8‑hour to 12‑hour shifts. This is a Full‑Time position. The job reports to the Operations Manager. Relocation is not provided.
